what does warmth feel like and is it worth burning for?
i'll attempt to morph myself into something more palatable,
file my sharp bones down until they fit into your arms.
the most gentle gaze and an infected wound.
teeth bared in defiance, don't bite the hand that feeds.
i am just learning how to breathe.
